Order Not Received:

Please let us know If you're order does not arrive we can then track it and contact the delivery company on your behalf

Damaged Items:

If you receive a damaged order please let us know right away by sending us an image of the damage, We will replace any damaged items.

In the event we are unable to replace your damaged item we will refund you for that item.

Refunds will only given if we are unable to replace any damaged or lost product/s

Any products that have been used will not be refunded

Without photographic evidence, Refunds will not be offered on damaged products
